Our Mission
TA-AF.org is leading the charge to establish National Greyscale Day on May the 4th. This day encourages everyone to take a break from technology, starting with greyscaling their phones to reduce screen stimulation and promote mindfulness.

How to Participate
- Greyscale your phone for the day
- Turn off notifications and unplug
- Host or join unplugged events like hikes, picnics, or art sessions
- π Things you can do instead of scrolling:

π Throw a party or join one

π³ Take a walk in nature
π Read a book or write in a journal
